SOCIAL SERVICES

Our Social Services Department will help you or your family member make a smooth transition into our facility. Our certified Director of Social Services acts as a liaison between residents and the facility, as well as a liaison between the facility and the community.

All resident's doctors' appointments are set up through this department and any concerns you or your family member may have while at our facility can be handled by our Social Services Director. When a resident is discharged, the Social Services Department can set up any necessary in home nursing or other in home services.
