Dear David,
I wanted to personally thank you and your staff for taking such personal care of our Mother, during this very difficult and challenging time for her.
Before she fell on May 12, 2010 and broke her leg, she could barely walk or transfer her weight and now after the two surgeries and the health care and the great physical therapy treatment with your staff, she is walking better than before she broke her leg, her over all physical health has greatly increased and she is in very good mental health!!
Most physicians and care takers when they treat someone 96 yrs old figure she is going to pass within a year or two, so they do the minimum and the patient continues to deteriorate.
To the contrary, your staff's constant quality attention to my mother, treating her at the very beginning with the positive demeanor and intent that "she will and can walk again" has made all the difference in the world to her recovery and increased mobility.
It is an understatement to say, but you and your staff's rehabilitation treatment have greatly enhanced the quality of life my Mother will have for the rest of her life! This is wonderful!
